I'm fully booked — Join my coaching client waitlist for The Behavior Edit!

I plan to start accepting new clients in October 2026. If you've been thinking about working together, add your name to the waitlist and I'll keep you posted when a spot opens up!

There's something you've been meaning to do for longer than you'd like to admit.

A project, a goal, a change, a version of your life you keep picturing.

You think about it almost every day. And if you're honest, there's a small voice underneath it that knows: if I get to the end of my life without doing this, I will regret it.

I'm here to help you finish the one meaningful thing you don't want to leave undone in life.

If you're into being free from regrets, you want to stop carrying the weight of "someday," and you're ready to take meaningful action on the thing that feels important to you, then stick around and let me introduce you to The Behavior Edit.

You've started this before. Multiple times. You know what to do. You might even know how to do it. But somewhere in the middle of it, you stopped. Again.

Ready to get honest with yourself? Put a finger down if any of these describe what's going on in your life...

  • You can see the version of your life you want. You just can't seem to close the distance between here and there, and the gap is starting to feel personal.

  • Your phone is becoming a tool for avoidance. You pick it up meaning to check one thing and look up forty minutes later, feeling guilty, not sure where the time went.

  • You've been personally victimized by all-or-nothing thinking — there's a part of you that would rather do nothing than do it imperfectly.

  • You end most days feeling like you were busy all day, but you still didn't do the thing that actually matters. You're often left wondering what happened to your time, energy, and potential.

  • You've got a lot of self-awareness. You've done the therapy, read the books, had the insights. You know yourself pretty well. But somehow, knowing hasn't been enough to move you forward. And you're feeling frustrated that you're stuck in the gap between knowing and doing.

How many fingers are you holding up? If the answer is less than 5, then the good news is that you’re exactly who The Behavior Edit is for!

Not someday. Not when life slows down.

Now — Starting from exactly where you are.

Most of my clients show up here when they get tired of carrying the weight of an unfinished project and the grief of an unrealized dream. Some of them feel like they've tried everything to make it happen

  • Years of therapy that delivers insight, but not action

  • Courses that promised results but were filled with fluff

  • Self-help books that could fill a library, but didn't change anything

  • Free digital downloads that are overly simple and fill your inbox up with spam

  • Expensive "coaches" who don't actually know anything about behavior change

I take a different approach. I'm here to help you finish the meaningful thing you’ve been postponing — and prove to yourself that you are not too late, you're not broken, you're not incapable of follow-through, and you deserve to live a life you don't need to escape from.

Who The Behavior Edit is For

You're probably a good fit if...

✅ There's something you've been carrying for years — a project, a goal, a change — and leaving it undone in life makes you feel antsy.

✅ You set goals and start new habits, but you struggle to follow through.

✅ You scroll social media more than you'd like to admit and you're getting tired of all the noise.

✅ You need some support turning your inner potential into a daily reality.

✅ You've got a history of outsourcing your intuition and you want to learn how to finally trust yourself.

✅ You would be unhappy if your life looked the same as it does right now one year from today.

You're probably not a good fit if...

❌ You're looking for generic mindset pep talks, surface-level motivation, and high-energy hype.

❌ You want a rigid one-size-fits-all routine to follow and you like being told exactly what to do.

❌ You're fine with your life the way it is and you don't really want to make a change.

❌ You're not interested in becoming more introspective or self-aware.

❌ You don't have a vision, a goal, or an outcome in mind that you want to work on.

❌ You're looking for a quick fix solution.

The Behavior Edit coaching program was intentionally designed to help you go from, "I'm running out of time," to "I'm actively making it happen."

Together, we'll use my coaching framework, EDIT, to reframe the journey from panic about running out of time to gaining confidence about yourself and your skills in the process. Here, we treat your life like something that's editable. This is what we'll do together:

E

Experiment

What we'll do together:

We'll get curious about what might work well for you and set up small, simple, and safe behavior experiments, instead of making all or nothing moves.

What you'll walk away with:

Clarity around why you've been stuck for so long and what you need to do to move forward (without the self-blame).

How you'll feel once we've done this:

Relieved -- Like you understand yourself and know how to turn your insights into action that you can take right away.

D

Design

What we'll do together:

Design intentional systems that create momentum, get you into action mode, and help you move forward without relying on willpower or motivation.

What you'll walk away with:

Extremely clear and tangible steps, designed to build momentum, scheduled into your week, and summarized for you at the end of each session.

How you'll feel once we've done this:

Energized -- Like you finally have a real plan and you can see all the steps forward to doing the thing you've always dreamed of doing.

I

Implement

What we'll do together:

Put the systems and tools we've designed into practice. We implement your plan in the real world, where life is messy and imperfect, so you can feel the impact of what's working and figure out what you still need to adjust.

What you'll walk away with:

A full understanding of exactly how to implement your action steps and real-time awareness for how to re-evaluate whether it's working.

How you'll feel once we've done this:

Confident — Like you can trust yourself to stay aligned, even when life gets messy.

T

Trust

What we'll do together:

Build up your sense of self-trust and your belief in yourself. By proving to yourself that you know how to adjust when things don't go as planned, you'll learn to stop panicking about making mistakes and stop using procrastination as a coping strategy.

What you'll walk away with:

A genuine and grounded belief that you're capable of taking on the next challenge. Trust in your own ability to use the EDIT framework in the future.

How you'll feel once we've done this:

Capable -- You'll know that you can course-correct after anything life throws at you.

The Behavior Edit is a powerful roadmap for learning how to EDIT your story at any stage.

Here, we experiment with new approaches, design better responses based on what works, implement the changes in real life, and rebuild trust in your ability to course-correct.

Because the goal isn’t to always get it right the first time -- The goal is to become someone who knows how to revise. By the end of our work together, you'll have the skills, tools, and resources to do one meaningful thing you don't want to leave undone in life, and you'll know how to do it again and again.

This is a flexible and personalized framework that evolves with your life and ensures that you never get stuck in a story that doesn't feel like yours.

Why I can adapt The Behavior Edit framework so well

I'm a board certified health and wellness coach who brings 15 years of experience in coaching, behavior change, and business systems to people who want to change their lives. My experience includes:

  • Building products that apply behavior change science

  • Leading learning and development initiatives for large coaching teams

  • Teaching coaching skills to over 200 new health coaches

  • Setting up project management systems for teams of 1-1,000

  • Consulting with CEOs and executive teams

  • Over 5,000 hours of 1:1 and group coaching experience across private practice, small business, and corporate wellness

I’ve spent the last decade studying how humans change, how habits truly stick, how identity evolves, and how people can ditch self-limiting beliefs and finally make their dreams a reality.

I’ve helped CEOs build project plans that scaled their businesses, hyped up 20-somethings to take on huge opportunities, supported retirees in hitting milestones they thought were “too late” to ever achieve, walked alongside burned out parents who ended up hitting their goals 3 months earlier than planned, and so much more.

I’ve invested tens of thousands of hours in becoming exceptional at helping people do the things that give their lives meaning and build lives they don’t need to escape from through the power of coaching.

The depth of that experience allows me to tailor every layer of the framework to your specific story. I can't wait to hear yours!

FAQs

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! I offer 3-month payment plans on my coaching programs, The Behavior Edit and The Business Edit. You can book your coaching package a those links and select the 3-month payment plan option.

Do you work on a sliding scale?

Yes! I charge a rate for my coaching packages that is commensurate to my depth of experience and that represents the value a coaching package brings to my clients' lives.

However, financial accessibility is deeply important to me and I fully understand that these rates might not be within reach for everyone. If that's you, please don't hesitate to let me know and we'll figure something out together.

How do I know if you're the right coach for me?

There are a LOT of "coaches" out there - Not all of them are qualified to help you figure out the details of your life.

Coaching is a skill, not just a catchy job title. A coach's goal should always be to help elicit your inner wisdom so you can figure out what works for your life -- Not to push their own agenda.

Here's the scoop on what to look out for:

What are your professional values as a coach?

I value creating spaces where all people feel a sense of belonging, so it's important to me that you never have to wonder whether you belong here. No matter your race, age, sex, gender, size, religion, physical abilities, cognition, and/or learning style, you are welcome to show up as your authentic self in this space. While I don't believe that safety can be assumed or announced, I want you to know that this is a trauma-informed and trust-forward business where I will always prioritize building safer spaces.

My work is rooted in a deep belief that every human being is capable of learning, growing, and changing. I wholeheartedly believe that we're capable of creating a world that feels safe, inclusive, and peaceful for everyone. In my business and life, that looks like unapologetically prioritizing inclusive, intersectional, feminist, climate-forward, science-backed, and pro-DEI agendas.

I donate 1% of my business' revenue to organizations that support these causes, so if this isn't your vibe, then we're probably not a good fit.

What's the difference between coaching and therapy?

The distinction between Coaching and Therapy can be tricky to understand. Check out this video to hear my thoughts on the difference.

It is my responsibility to ensure that I stay within my scope of practice as your coach. I may make a referral to a therapist or another provider if I do not feel that your concerns are within the scope of my coaching practice.
