I'm a board certified health and wellness coach (NBC-HWC), a financial social work coach, a learning and development professional, and a behavior change expert with 13 years of experience helping people navigate transitions and change their lives through the power of coaching.
I started growing my coaching business in 2011 and ran it part time on the side of my corporate coaching and training career until I took it full-time in 2024. In the meantime, I earned over 5,000 hours of coaching experience, developed the NBHWC-approved training program at a leading corporate health and wellness company, was the lead faculty member for a coach training program for 3 years, trained over 200 new health coaches, helped over 100 students pass the NBHWC Board Exam, and managed continuing education for a team of 300 coaching professionals.
I'm a behavior change nerd who's passionate about leveling up the professional credibility of the coaching industry, providing high quality coaching to my clients, and helping out coaching professionals along the way.
