The Behavior Edit is for you if you're ready to stop letting chronic overthinking, maladaptive perfectionism, paralyzing procrastination, or imposter syndrome run your life.
It's here to help you do the one meaningful thing you don't want to leave undone in life, and walk away with the skills to keep self-editing for life.
It's probably a good fit for you if...
There's something you've been carrying for years — a project, a goal, a change — and leaving it undone in life makes you feel antsy.
You set goals and start new habits, but you struggle to follow through.
You scroll social media more than you'd like to admit and you're getting tired of all the noise.
You need some support turning your inner potential into a daily reality.
You've got a history of outsourcing your intuition and you want to learn how to finally trust yourself.
You would be unhappy if your life looked the same as it does right now one year from today.
There are a LOT of "coaches" out there - Not all of them are qualified to help you figure out the details of your life.
Coaching is a skill, not just a catchy job title. A coach's goal should always be to help elicit your inner wisdom so you can figure out what works for your life -- Not to push their own agenda.
Here's the scoop on what to look out for:
I value creating spaces where all people feel a sense of belonging, so it's important to me that you never have to wonder whether you belong here. No matter your race, age, sex, gender, size, religion, physical abilities, cognition, and/or learning style, you are welcome to show up as your authentic self in this space. While I don't believe that safety can be assumed or announced, I want you to know that this is a trauma-informed and trust-forward business where I will always prioritize building safer spaces.
My work is rooted in a deep belief that every human being is capable of learning, growing, and changing. I wholeheartedly believe that we're capable of creating a world that feels safe, inclusive, and peaceful for everyone. In my business and life, that looks like unapologetically prioritizing inclusive, intersectional, feminist, climate-forward, science-backed, and pro-DEI agendas.
I donate 1% of my business' revenue to organizations that support these causes, so if this isn't your vibe, then we're probably not a good fit.
The distinction between Coaching and Therapy can be tricky to understand. Check out this video to hear my thoughts on the difference.
It is my responsibility to ensure that I stay within my scope of practice as your coach. I may make a referral to a therapist or another provider if I do not feel that your concerns are within the scope of my coaching practice.
Yes! I charge a rate for my coaching packages that is commensurate to my depth of experience and that represents the value a coaching package brings to my clients' lives and am happy to I offer 3-month payment plans on my coaching programs.
Financial accessibility is deeply important to me - If you need a different arrangement, don't hesitate to ask.

Yes! I wrote all of my exam questions in the same format (5 answers, multiple choice), style (case studies, definitions, and concepts), and delivery (computer based with a piece of paper for taking notes) as the actual exam. I even use the same colors, style, and format as the real Prometric exam within my testing software so that the exam feels familiar to you when you show up on test day.
I always ask my students to report back to me and tell me if they felt that my practice exam was representative of the actual exam and the vast majority of them say yes.
All of my new exam questions have been reviewed by 3 students from my most recent board exam prep course as well as by my peer and colleague, Rachel Franco, MPH, NBC-HWC.
My course's materials have also been reviewed by students from previous cohorts as well as faculty members from each of my licensing partners.
The exam changes every time it's administered, so it is not entirely possible to guarantee that my practice exam will look exactly like the real exam.
It's important to remember that the purpose of all practice exams is to give you an opportunity to practice answering exam questions, apply your knowledge in a similar environment to the Prometric testing center, and to help you see where you need to put your focus during your study sessions.
Yes! I redid the entire course in December 2025. My students who took the exam in March 2026 say that reflected the NBHWC Board Exam accurately.

Sure! You if you don't want any additional study support, you can purchase just the practice exam here.
I open each sitting 6 months before each exam sitting begins.

Yes, absolutely! However, it's important to note that Study Sessions start the month leading up to the exam and end the week the exam window opens. You can always leave comments within the course and get your questions answered asynchronously, but if the main reason you're signing up for the course is for the optional live group Study Sessions, then you might want to consider 1:1 Study Sessions.
Yes I do! For students who want a high level of personalization, I offer 1:1 Study Sessions for the NBHWC Board Exam. You can learn more and book your session(s) here.
I totally get why students ask me this question, but unfortunately it's not a question I can answer. Here are some things to consider when making a decision that works for you:
The NBHWC's Practice Exam is written by the NBHWC. No other exam prep resources are approved by or affiliated with the NBHWC.
Some students find it helpful to have practice questions from a variety of sources. Other students find that the 450+ questions they get inside The Study Edit are sufficient.
The Study Edit offers a lot of value in addition to the practice exam questions.
It really depends on how much money you wan to spend on exam prep, how much time you want to spend on practice exams.
