I wrote all of my exam questions in the same format (5 answers, multiple choice), style (case studies, definitions, and concepts), and delivery (computer based with a piece of paper for taking notes) as the actual exam. I even use the same colors, style, and format as the real Prometric exam within my testing software so that the exam feels familiar to you when you show up on test day.
I always ask my students to report back to me and tell me if they felt that my practice exam was representative of the actual exam and the vast majority of them say yes.
